Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and hope you love all of your purchases, but in the event that you are not completely happy we are here to help!

Returns are eligible for store credit only and customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the post marked delivery date to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If we receive an item that does not meet the conditions mentioned above, it will not be accepted as a return and customer will be responsible for return shipping. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been scanned and marked delivered to your address, we are not responsible for the lost or stolen packages.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a digital gift card for the amount of the merchandise only, as we do not refund original shipping cost.
