Shipping policy

Orders ship same or next day. If your order is received before 1 pm (ET) it will ship the same day. Orders received after 1 pm (ET) will ship the next business day. No orders ship on Sunday or Holidays. Orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days depending on your location and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address for your order. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
